17th Annual Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund Conference and Awards Dinner

Susan Gouinlock spoke at the 17th Annual Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund Conference at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC on November 2, 2017.  Susan participated in a panel discussion over FCA liability after the landmark Escobar Supreme Court decision, including the consideration of government knowledge, explicit language of underlying statutes or contracts, and intervention decisions.

Susan S. Gouinlock has represented whistleblowers for more than ten years. Susan joined Wilbanks & Bridges in 2011 and became a partner in 2013.
