Susan Gouinlock spoke at the National Association of Medicaid Fraud Control Units conference in Fort Lauderdale on October 18, 2017.  Susan shared her experience as Relator’s counsel in the case against Tenet Healthcare, a landmark False Claims Act case filed by W&G in 2009 which settled for $368 million in 2016.
