Susan Gouinlock participated in a panel discussion at the Qui Tam Conference in Washington, DC on February 28, 2018.  Susan’s panel was titled “Discovery in Declined Qui Tam Cases”, and she shared her experience in discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure when the government has declined to intervene in a qui tam case.
