Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Institute

On October 23, 2016 Marlan will be on a panel at the HCCA Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Institute in Washington, D.C.  He will be participating with representatives from the FCA defense bar, HHS-OIG and the Civil Division of the Department of Justice regarding the topic: “Negotiating False Claims Act Settlements”.

On October 24, 2016 Marlan will participate as a panelist at the HCCA conference in Washington, D.C. The panel discussion is titled “Advanced Discussion: Kickback Stark and False Claims Act”. The panel will feature top Stark attorneys from the relators bar and the defense bar who will be discussing many of the nuances involved in litigating Stark, kickback and FCA cases.

Susan Gouinlock

Susan S. Gouinlock has represented whistleblowers for more than ten years. Susan joined Wilbanks & Bridges in 2011 and became a partner in 2013. Her legal career has been successful and diverse, including a unique mixture of working for the government as a lawyer as well as years of representing individuals and businesses in highly regulated environments, including for example spending six (6) years as in-house general counsel to a major corporation.
