As the founding partner of Wilbanks & Gouinlock, LLP, Marlan Wilbanks has dedicated his legal career to representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act cases, commonly known as qui tam lawsuits. His work has led to over $2 billion in recoveries for the U.S. Treasury, ensuring that fraudulent activities against the government are exposed and prosecuted.
Beyond his legal career, Wilbanks is also a strong advocate for victims of child exploitation. He co-founded the Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation (CEASE) Clinic at the University of Georgia School of Law, providing legal representation to survivors of child sexual abuse while training the next generation of attorneys.
