Elaine has co-counseled with Wilbanks and Gouinlock on several successful cases over the last ten years, and she joined the firm in an Of Counsel role on September 3, 2019. Elaine is a veteran False Claims Act lawyer who has represented whistleblowers for almost two decades.
For more than seventeen years, Susan Gouinlock’s legal practice has been devoted to representing whistleblowers under the False Claims Act. Her legal career has been successful and diverse, including a unique mixture of working for the government as a lawyer and working in large and small law firms, representing individuals and businesses in highly regulated industries.
